A shift scheduled for an early morning start almost always runs smoother than a midday one, purely because of how much easier the streets are to navigate and park in before 9am.

Council permits: worth checking before shifting day

Inner-city Brisbane streets are often permit-zoned. If your street doesn't have obvious space for a truck, a quick call to Brisbane City Council or a check of the street signage can save a frustrating morning circling for parking. A good removalist will flag this at quote stage if your address looks tight.
