Access, planned in advance
Basement car parks along the riverside blocks are often too low for trucks — we stage from street level with trolleys. Oxford Street itself is best loaded before 9am on weekdays.

My building's basement is too low for a truck — how does the move work?
Standard for riverside Bulimba blocks: we park at street level, protect the lobby and lift, and ferry with trolleys. It adds a little planning, not a surprise cost — it's in your fixed quote.
Can you move large custom furniture from a renovated Queenslander?
Yes — oversized sofas, stone tables and custom joinery are wrapped, corner-protected and, where needed, disassembled by our crew. Stone tops travel on edge in padded racks, never flat.
