The homes we move here
Original 1960s–70s beach homes (many mid-renovation), newer duplexes and townhouses, and a scattering of boutique apartment blocks near the highway. Renovation-in-progress properties often mean careful navigation around builder's materials or partial access.
Access, planned in advance
Side streets off the highway are narrow with limited parking, so we time loads for quieter parts of the day. Properties under renovation get a quick access check beforehand so the crew isn't working around scaffolding unexpectedly.
